Depending on how quickly you’d like to contact or the severity of your issue, it’s your choice as to which channel you feel is most appropriate.

We feel that calling up the service is the quickest and most efficient way to get any issue resolved, so let’s start with that one.


In order to get ahold of as soon as possible, you should reach out to the call center. Simply pick up the phone and dial +1-877-227-3115. Immediately press 3 and you’ll be directed to a real person to help you with your request.

You should expect to wait as long as 15 minutes to talk to a service representative, depending on the day of the week and the time that you call.

It’s important to note that this line is available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m EST. We found that it’s best to call early at 10:00 a.m., as soon as the lines open, in order to avoid any wait times.

This is the fastest way to get in touch with and reach support waiting on the other end. But what if you want to get answers from and it’s outside of the phone service hours? Your next option is to get in touch through their online form.


If you have a less urgent request or just want to contact outside of the phone service hours, the online help form is another great option.

Similar to the online form, sending an email is a nice option for getting a response within 24 hours. This is an appropriate choice if your request is slightly less urgent and you don’t need to immediately speak with a representative.

Facebook Page

The Facebook Page is useful for finding recommendations and reviews of the platform through the customer community — albeit primarily negative reviews from disgruntled caregivers! It also gives you the option to directly message a representative.

This is a great option for accessing a live chat with someone in an online private environment. However, in many cases, representatives who are handling the social media accounts aren’t qualified to address many of your concerns. In turn, you may be directed to one of the previously mentioned channels to get in touch with customer support.

So it might be best just to call, fill out the contact form, or email to get your problem solved most efficiently.


Lastly, you can use’s Twitter handle — @CareDotCom — if you’ve exhausted all other options or just prefer to use Twitter in general. Using Twitter is quite limited compared to all of the other forms of contact, but if you wish to keep things informal then go right ahead.’s Twitter is a great source for current articles and information regarding the service that will give you advice on finding caregiving help for your family.

As mentioned with Facebook, using Twitter to contact customer support means that you may end up talking to someone who’s unable to solve your problems and will direct you to other forms of support, like phone or email.

But again, if you’re looking to just skim through some articles and attempt to address you problems on your own, then this is a great place to start.

If getting in touch with a customer care representative is not what you’re looking for, then there are a few alternate methods and resources that may be helpful. Sometimes it’s just easiest to solve problems on your own and not have to waste any time trying to contact someone else.

The means in which you contact customer support really all depends on the severity of your issue and the urgency in which you need your problem resolved.

When it comes to using Facebook and Twitter, we feel that if your request is somewhat in-depth there’s a good chance you’ll be redirected to phone or email support anyways. So you may as well cut out the middleman and go directly to those options first.
